PROFILING THE WORKPLACE FOR BETTER DESIGN
Addvance have compiled a series of checklists to assist companies at all stages of the office planning process. This information is translated into an agreed customer brief which forms the basis for office layout and space planning.
A full building survey service is available to provide accurate drawings for planning, approvals, license agreement and working drawings, featuring all key architectural and M+E features ( A/C & Heating, Fire, Floor Boxes, Lighting etc).
Office planning is completed using AutoCAD both in house and through experienced full time designers. Plans can be presented as 2D drawings at up to A0 size, 3D drawings and 3D Virtual Reality renders.
Addvance also undertake the interior design, including colour and finish boards and the design of bespoke reception, break out and boardroom areas.
